I am an assistant professor at the Section for Cognitive Systems at DTU Informatics. My field of research is Machine Learning and data mining where I research methods for pattern recognition. Current research interests include tensor decomposition approaches, complex networks and non-parametric Bayesian inference with application to neuroimaging in particular but also to the technical and life sciences in general. Click below to learn more: Presentations In Summer 2011 I co-organized the Machine Learning PhD Summer school at the Section for Cognitive Systems. You can download the course material following this link. In 2010 I gave a tutorial on tensor decomposition and its applications at the NIPS Workshop on Tensors Kernels and Machine Learning. Slides are available here and my recent overview article on the topic can be downloaded following this link. In 2009 I co-organized the European Workshop on Massive Modern Datasets (EMMDS). The presentations at the workshop are available from the workshop homepage. If you are working with EEG/MEG data please take a look at the software tool I have develop www.ERPWAVELAB.org for EEG/MEG analysis of wavelet transformed data. |
